The Mind of Christ
Tonight at church, I preached a message in which I titled, "Let This Mind Be In You." I took the title straight from the opening text of Philippians 2:5. Even after putting over 15-hours of study time into this message, I had a real struggle getting my mind wrapped around it. I don't feel like I did it justice. Mary and the kids thought it was one of the best I've ever preached but I sure did feel defeated after preaching it.
I found out after the service that one of the ladies taught the same passage of Scripture this morning in her Sunday School class. I guess the LORD wanted to make sure this message got out there.

Philippians 2:5-8 KJV
5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
