Something to be excited about!
I had preached a very emotional and draining message Sunday morning entitled, "Nail it to the Cross," and I was pretty worn out Sunday night. But the Lord kept dealing with me over the passage of Scripture in 1 John 3: 1 which says:
I was so happy to feel the Holy Spirit working inside of me as I began preaching the message. I started getting excited and before I knew it I was bubbling over. I love when the Lord works like that. It sure makes preaching a lot easier.
I don't know if you have ever just sat and thought about the manner of love that the Lord has for us. It's so amazing and I will never completely understand it or grasp just how much love that He has. For Him to die for us and to take the sins of the entire world upon Himself is just beyond my comprehension. I may not understand it but I am so grateful for it. It's something to really be excited about!
You can give the message a listen or a watch below. It's only around 25-minutes long so it won't take up a lot of your time. I pray that you will feel the same excitement that I did when I preached it.
